Dispersing and Homogenizing Resins is Petro-derived hydrocarbon resin, polymerisate of unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbons, The product is dispersing and tackifying resin for solid rubber and bonding solutions, which is compatible with all elastomers. The product improves the dispersion characteristic of fillers and chemicals in diene rubber based on NR, SBR,BR, and NBR. Dispersing and Homogenizing Resins could enhance the processing characteristics and tack of green compounds.

The product has no effect on the vulcanization characteristics of the diene rubber compounds. Dispersing and Homogenizing Resins improves physical properties such as modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break and compression set, and dynamic properties such as non-skid properties and high speed characteristics.

Dispersing and Homogenizing Resins is incorporated with the filers in compounding. Good distribution and therefore particularly high efficacy are achieved if the softening point of Resins is exceeded during the mixing process.

Compounding dosage : 3 ~ 10 phr.

Dispersing and Homogenizing Resins should be stored in cool and dry place. The product can be stored at least three years if storage conditions are suitable.
