The product is leaving a release / lubricating film onto the internal surface of tube and gives the necessary lubrication between the rubber surface and the metallic mandrel during mounting the hoses on the mandrels. Furthermore the product facilitates the removal process of the cured hoses, it performs an easy removal of rubber hoses or tubes from mandrels after vulcanization. Rubber articles 、Rubber Hose Release Agent is very efficient especially on EPDM, CM and CR rubber mixtures and works well with most other rubbers as well.
