Build a macromolecule film to work as a release lubricant. Bladder capsule is protected with Coating Agents, which reduces continue abrasion between the capsule and green tire, and consequently prolong the service life of bladder.
Designed to be sprayed onto the outer surface of the green tire. The product performs very efficient air bleeding and rubber flow properties with minimal effect on rubber-to-rubber adhesion, and therefore it is positive to reduce tire defects.
Applied into the inside of the uncured tire and gives a very good slip of the bladder into the green tire and a very good release effect after the cure. Furthermore it shows very good air bleeding and prevents the bladder from sticking to the inner liner.
Water based semi-permanent release agent which contains special active polysiloxane. It can form a thin, uniform coating film on the surface of the mold, which can reduce the adhesion between the rubber and the mold, prevent rubber vulcanizates from sticking to the molds and facilitate the release from the molds.
