Liquid batch-off release agent is applied to rubber compound mixing process as well as extruding / moulding process to prevent the sticking of uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. Due to its effective lubricating performance, Liquid batch-off release agent is also suitable for working as lubricant agent in the punching process of the cured rubber products. Liquid batch-off release agent is aqueous solution and composes of blending fatty acid salts with water soluble high molecular substances. Application as rubber release agent and lubricant, there is no influence on the physical / chemical properties or on the ageing behaviour of the vulcanizates.

It is recommended to dilute Liquid batch-off release agent for application. The dilution ratio may be advisable around 1:4 to 1:20. It is necessary to stir the liquid product gently before use, in order to achieve a homogeneous dispersion. The liquid level of dispersion in dipping tank should keep up to 2/3 volume. When diluting with water, it may be advisable to start off with the concentrate and then gradually add the required amount of water. During mixing process, rubber sheets normally are transferred into a dipping tank and treated by the product Liquid batch-off release agent solution. There should be adequate time to keep the treated rubber sheets drying before stacking.
