Bladder Coating Agent is a semi-permanent tire bladder coating agent. The active ingredient is reactive silicone polymers. The product provides an excellent slippage of the bladder into the green tire and a very good release effect after the cure. After the cure the inside of the tire is clean, smooth and dry. The inner liner splice is not affected because the active ingredient does not show the negative separation effects normally observed with regular silicone oil. Low consumption and a short drying time make the product very economical. Bladder Coating Agent does not give any stains or marks if accidentally applied on the tire outside.

The Bladder must be thoroughly cleaned before using.
The Coating agents need to be evenly sprayed or brushed onto the surface of bladder. After solidifying a period of time, then could come to production curing processing. The product could polymerize to form macromolecules film under high temperature to protect the inner liner splice. After coating one time, the film could offer several release cycles. Bladder Coating Agents will not cause edge in chamfers.
