Tire Inside Paints Release Agents is applied into the inside of the uncured tire and gives a very good slip of the bladder into the green tire and a very good release effect after the cure. Furthermore it shows very good air bleed and prevents the bladder from sticking to the inner liner. The inside of the tire is clean and smooth after the cure. The inner liner is not effected because the active ingredient does not show the negative effects normally observed with regular silicone oil. Short drying time and low consumption makes Tire Inside Paints very economical to use.  

Tire Inside Paints Release Agents is sprayed onto the inside of the tire blanks, ideally with air atomizing spraying systems (recommended nozzle size: 1.0 – 1.2 mm). The dispersion has a slight tendency to sediment, so gentle stirring before usage is recommended. During processing, the product should be stirred gently.
