Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents is designed to be sprayed onto the outer surface of the green tire. Due to the formulation that has been specifically developed, Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents performs very efficient air bleeding and rubber flow properties with minimal effect on rubber-to-rubber adhesion, and therefore it is positive to reduce tire defects. It provides stronger rubber to rubber adhesion in the splice regions and then separations at the joints (overlaps) are avoided. Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents dries to a non-transferring film that promotes easy demolding and gives an excellent cosmetic appearance to cured tires. Due to its better stability the tailor-made dispersion has no separation / sediment under appropriate storage conditions. Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents is ready to use and is both suitable for use on bias ply or radial tires. As the coating film is light grey after drying, the colour codes and bare codes onto the tire are easy to read.

Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents should be applied to the outside of every uncured tire and can be applied to the whole tire or selected portions of the tire depending on the requirements of the process.

Ideally Green Tire Adjusting / Outside Paint Release Agents should be sprayed with air-atomizing guns onto the surface of the green tire. A brief mix before initial use is recommended. (Before use, homogenizing the product by drum rolling or by mixing. Once in production, material does not require additional mixing during normal use periods.)

Allow outside spraying film of Tire Outside Paints Release Agents to dry before the curing operation and drying time is approximately 10-30 minutes, depending on the coating weight and ambient temperature / humidity conditions.

Recommended Spraying conditions:

• nozzle material: stainless steel

• nozzle size: 0.8 – 1.5 mm

• material pressure: 1.5 – 3.5 bar

• air atomizing pressure: 2.5 – 6.0 bar

• The containers and product drums should be covered / closed well in order to avoid water loss and to ensure the suspension stability.
