Tire Finishing Products is water-based finishing paint used for tire manufacturing industry or retreading industry to modify the tire surface, which provides a uniform colour masking / cosmetic touching up on the surface of cured tires, and then gives the cured products a balancing / satisfying appearance. Tire Finishing Products is compatible with the variant rubber compounds and can effectively eliminate the discolouration to long stored tires. The product forms a thin, flexible film which has strong adhesion and covering performance on the surface of cured rubber products. Either spraying or brushing is suitable for application. Ideally a brief mix before initial use (or laying down the drums and slight rolling) is recommended as the suspension system could form different concentration gradients after long storage. Tire Finishing Products is ready to use, not require previous dilutions for application. The product provides the matting / flatting appearance on the surface of cured rubber products, the colour is uniform and dust can be effectively avoided.
