No hard build-up is formed during application processing.

Anti-tack Pearls Form relese agent need to be dispersed in hot water (55~70oC) and then diluted to the recommended use concentration，or directly dispersed to the application concentration. The application dosage of Anti-tack Pearls product in the batch-off process depends upon the rubber compound type used, environmental temperature and the overall process conditions. The suitable optimum dilution dosage has to be determined for each case during process.
Recommended concentration: 1.0 - 2.5%
