Paste Batch-off release agent composes of inorganic fillers, active substances and fatty acid salts which is used in a dipping process to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets. Cream Batch-off release agent can rapidly disperse into water and there is no any dust during process. The product does not form any hard build-up / deposits onto the surface of rubber sheets and equipment, which means that it does not cause any problems during subsequent processing. Paste Batch-off release agent shows the excellent release effect, short drying time and excellent wetting behavior of the rubber sheets. There is sufficient friction to prevent the sheets from slipping during storage and to allow smooth, continuous feeding of the extruders. When the processing is continued, sheets which have been treated with Cream Batch-off release agent are more easily caught by the rolls than sheets treated with soap solutions.
Application |
It is recommended to dilute Paste Batch-off release agent for application. The dilution ratio may be advisable around 1:8 to 1:20; depending on the stickness of rubber-sheet .
It is necessary to stir the liquid product gently before use, in order to achieve a homogeneous dispersion. The liquid level of dispersion in dipping tank should keep up to 2/3 volume.
When diluting with water, it may be advisable to start off with the concentrate and then gradually add the required amount of water. During mixing process, rubber sheets normally are transferred into a dipping tank and treated by the product solution of Paste Batch-off release agent. There should be adequate time to keep the treated rubber sheets drying before stacking.
